Salmon alla Marinara 18 oz salmon filet 2 large cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp olive oil 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup white wine 1/2 tbsp basil 1/2 tsp salt dash pepper Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and set aside. In a large skillet sauté garlic in olive oil, over medium heat until brown. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes then add salmon. Cook over medium heat until salmon is cooked through. Serve over linguini or capellini and top with parsesan cheese.
