I decided to start a blog so I could share good recipes and cooking experiments with my friends. I may decide to post other things here too. We’ll see what happens.

Why “Reverse Engineered”? I’m an engineer and I like to take things apart, see how they work, and design new things. That’s true in my professional life, but also when cooking. When I find some new food I like, I often try to make it myself at home and come up with a recipe. The results of those experiments will be posted here.
